Our mission, "Advancing Human Equity Through Wellness Literacy," drives our commitment to equipping communities with the knowledge and tools necessary to thrive in both financial and mental wellness domains.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
covers common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges, how to interact with a person in crisis, how to connect a person with help, expanded content on trauma, subtance use and self-care. We are proud to host instructors from Maryland, one of the first states to have adopted MHFA in the U.S.
